Les dénivelés positifs annoncés pour ces deux parcours sont contradictoires d'une épreuve à l'autre et méritent d'être vérifiés auprès de l'organisation avant de bâtir un plan.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Version hivernale d'un rendez-vous existant, l'épreuve tombe à une période où les chemins anglais sont souvent détrempés : le choix des chaussures et la protection contre le froid pèsent autant que la condition physique. Le GMU30 constitue une première expérience d'ultra raisonnable pour un coureur venant du semi ou du marathon, avec une sortie longue de trois heures comme séance clé.
