Bel Inizio's Giving Thanks 5K/10K/Kids' K

Bel Inizio's Giving Thanks 5K/10K/Kids' K takes place at Brazos River Park in Sugar Land, Texas, on November 14, 2026. The 10K (6.2 miles) and the 5K (3.1 miles) both start at 8 a.m., and the event welcomes every age and ability, whether you run, walk or stroll the distance.

With both distances going off together, decide in advance which one you are there for and pace it from the first mile. The 5K asks little more than a few weeks of regular running; the 10K is worth six to eight weeks with one longer run each week if you want to race rather than survive it.
