CASA Superhero 5K and Kids 1 Mile is run in Lynchburg, Virginia, on the Percival's Island Trail on November 7, 2026. The timed 5K starts at 10:00 a.m. over 3.1 miles, a 5K walk follows at 10:05 a.m., and the one-mile fun run for kids aged 12 and under closes the morning at 11:45 a.m. Superhero costumes are part of the deal.
