CleftStrong Family 5k and Kids 1K

The CleftStrong 5K and Kids 1K is an annual event held in San Antonio, Texas, benefiting the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association. Runners can take part competitively or non-competitively, either virtually or in person, choosing between the 5K (3.1 miles) and the kids' 1K (0.6 miles). Proceeds go toward improving care and research for people with craniofacial conditions. Awards are given to top finishers in various age categories and to the largest teams, along with contests for best costume and top fundraising efforts. Virtual participants can also enter these contests by submitting photos.
