Trick Or Trot Crab Trot 5K

Trick Or Trot Crab Trot 5K is a family run and walk on Cobb Island, Maryland, on October 24, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m. and open to all ages and abilities, with a special children's race on the program. The course takes in scenic views around Cobb Island, chip timing is provided, and the event goes ahead rain or shine. Prizes are awarded for the best crab-themed outfit and to the leading finishers in each age group.

It is organized by the Cobb Island Citizens Association, with all profits going back into community projects on the island, and participants are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations for a local food bank. As a race, 3.1 miles suits a first attempt or a hard autumn effort equally well; four to six weeks of regular running with one faster session a week is enough to arrive prepared.
