Cypress Half Marathon & 5K presented by Houston Methodist

Cypress Half Marathon & 5K presented by Houston Methodist is held in Cypress, Texas, on November 8, 2026. The half marathon (13.1 miles) starts at 7 a.m., the 5K at 7:30 and a Kid's K at 9:45.
