Franklin Street Beer Fun

Franklin Street Beer Fun is held in Evansville, Indiana on October 24, 2026. The single event covers about 3 miles and starts at noon from LeRoys, which is also the finish. It is open to participants 21 and over, who run, walk or crawl between local bars along Franklin Street with a beer waiting at each stop. Everyone receives a t-shirt and a finisher medal.

This is a social event with a distance attached rather than a race, and the stops are the point — nobody is chasing splits between pints. Come in with a plan for how you are getting home, eat something substantial beforehand, and pace the drinking rather than the running. If you want the 3 miles to count as training, do your real run earlier in the day and take the afternoon for what it is.
