Gulf Coast Veterans Association 5k Run/Walk + 1 Mile Fun Run is held in Long Beach, Mississippi, on November 7, 2026. The 5K run and walk starts at 8 a.m. and the one-mile fun run follows at 9:30 a.m. on a scenic course supporting local veterans. There are overall and age-group awards, including a Heavy Load category in which participants carry weighted packs, plus shirts, food and a post-race celebration.
