The South Florida First Responders Foundation, Heroes Run! 10K • 5K • 1 Mile takes place in Pompano Beach, Florida, on Saturday, November 28, 2026. The 10K and 5K both start at 7:30 a.m., followed by the 1-mile run at 9:10 a.m. The course is certified, and the event also includes a fun run, so there is a distance for every level.
