Palm Springs Health Run & Wellness Expo

The Palm Springs Health Run & Wellness Expo takes over Ruth Hardy Park in Palm Springs, California, on January 23, 2027. The 5K goes off at 8:30 a.m., the 10K at 9:30 a.m., a 1K fun run at 10:30 a.m. and a community bike ride of about 3.5 miles at 11 a.m. The courses are certified, and registration includes an event shirt, a finisher medal and entry to the post-race party.

What sets this one apart is everything around the running: a health and wellness expo with more than 100 exhibitors, seminars led by fitness professionals and live demonstrations. Proceeds go to local nonprofits including Martha's Village and Kitchen and Palm Springs Frontrunners.
