Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas

Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas is held in Las Vegas, Nevada, on February 20-21, 2027. The 5K runs on the Saturday, with the half marathon (13.1 miles) and the 10K following on the Sunday. Each February the series turns the Strip into a night-time running festival, bringing thousands of runners together across the three distances under the city's neon.

The event once featured a full marathon, one of the oldest in the country, but since 2021 it has centered on a fast, flat half marathon that leaves Toshiba Plaza and joins Las Vegas Boulevard in front of the crowds. Live bands, DJs and costumed runners line the route, alongside touches like weddings on course and themed aid stations. It is organized by the IRONMAN group as part of the worldwide Rock 'n' Roll Running Series, and the flat profile suits a personal best attempt, as long as you have trained in the evening rather than only at dawn.
