Seaside Strides 5K

Seaside Strides 5K is held in Naples, Florida, on October 25, 2026, over a single distance: a 5K, 3.1 miles, starting at 8:00 a.m. The course is professionally timed, which makes it a fair place to go after a personal best, and a shorter Spooky Strides run and walk is offered for younger athletes.

The awards structure rewards more than just the front of the field: overall male and female honors are joined by masters, grand masters, and senior grand masters categories, with further recognition across several age groups, so there is usually something to race for whatever your age. Costumes are encouraged if you would rather enjoy the morning than chase the clock. Early registrants receive a premium event shirt. Revenue above the cost of putting on the race goes to Seaside Travels, a nonprofit supporting children with special needs and medical conditions in Lee and Collier counties.
