Spring Hill Turkey Burn is organized by the Tennessee Children's Home and starts and finishes at Spring Hill High School near Columbia, Tennessee, on November 28, 2026. The half marathon (13.1 miles) is off at 7:30 a.m., the 5K at 8:00 a.m. and a 1K at 9:00 a.m. The route is a multi-surface loop through Spring Hill and Maury County, medals go to age-group finishers, and entries support the Middle Tennessee campus of the Children's Home and the educational services it funds.

Multi-surface means you should not plan the day around road split times: pick shoes that handle a change of footing and race on effort. The half is a reasonable first 13.1 for anyone who has been running through the fall, off ten to twelve weeks with a weekly long run. A virtual entry exists if you cannot travel, though it does not count for awards.
