Tear Drop 5K-10K-Half Marathon

Tear Drop 5K-10K-Half Marathon is run on April 25, 2027, on a scenic course that starts at Fort Mountain and finishes in Chatsworth, Georgia. The half marathon (13.1 miles) goes off at 7:30 a.m., the 10K at 8:05 and the 5K at 8:15. All three are USATF certified, shuttles carry runners from the finish area to the start lines, and water stops and portable toilets are placed along the routes.

Point-to-point courses need a little logistics planning, so check the shuttle times and leave your dry clothes at the finish rather than the start. Twelve weeks of steady running with a weekly long run is enough for the 13.1. Finishers receive custom medals and shirts with snacks and drinks afterwards, and the event supports the Murray Arts Council through volunteering and donations.
