Runtastic THANKFUL

Runtastic THANKFUL is billed as the largest turkey trot in Utah and takes place in Lehi on November 26, 2026, along the Jordan River Trail. The half marathon (13.1 miles) starts at 7:45 a.m., the 10K at 8:00 a.m., the 5K at 8:20 a.m. and a half-mile kids' race at 10:30 a.m. Runners receive a race shirt, a medal, stickers and photos, with additional prizes for the winners. Hot chocolate, pumpkin pie and other refreshments are served afterwards.

Racing on Thanksgiving morning means the rest of the day is already spoken for, so treat the effort as one you can recover from over a big meal rather than an all-out attempt. Distance choice follows your longest recent run: three miles points to the 5K, six to the 10K, and nine or more puts the half within range on a 12-week build. The kids' half mile comes much later in the morning, which gives families time between events.
