West Tennessee's Ugliest 5k & 1 Miler is run in Medina, Tennessee, on Saturday, November 28, 2026, with the 5K starting at 9:00 a.m. The Medina Ugly Sweater Fun Run invites everyone to wear a festive sweater, and alongside the 5K there is a shorter family-friendly run and walk.
