PJP Parkinson's Halloween Run

PJP Parkinson's Halloween Run is held in Farragut, Tennessee, on October 31, 2026. A single 5K, 3.1 miles, starts at 9:00 a.m. The race raises money and awareness for people living with Parkinson's disease and their families; entry includes a gift bag, a raffle ticket, a race shirt and refreshments at the finish, and there are awards for the leading runners alongside raffle prizes.

Charity 5Ks draw a mixed field, which is useful whichever way you approach the day. If you are walking or running your first one, the distance is short enough to complete on a month of three runs a week. If you are racing, the 9 a.m. start gives you room for a proper warm-up — fifteen minutes of jogging and a few strides — and the field will thin out soon after the opening quarter mile.
