Turkey Tag 5K

Turkey Tag 5K takes place in Cape Coral, Florida, on November 21, 2026. The 5K run/walk (3.1 miles) starts at 8:00 a.m., followed at 8:05 a.m. by a 1-mile fun run/walk suited to participants of all ages. The signature twist is the Turkey Tag Challenge: a participant dressed as a turkey gets a five-minute head start, and everyone else tries to catch them for a shot at a prize.

This is a community event that supports local youth programs through the Cape Coral Police Athletic League, and registration includes custom medals, race shirts and family activities.
