Santa Catch 5k & 10k

Santa Catch 5k & 10k takes place on December 12, 2026 in Windsor, Colorado, with the 10K (6.2 miles) starting at 9:00 a.m. and the 5K (3.1 miles) at 9:30 a.m. It is an endurance event with races for all ages and ability levels, run in a festive atmosphere, and the on-site amenities include a sauna to warm up in and a cold plunge. Runners receive a Santa Catch beanie, a medal and access to a hot chocolate bar, and proceeds go to Adopt A Family, which supports local families in need over the holidays.

The half-hour gap between the two starts lets you race the 10K and still watch the 5K field come through. Northern Colorado sits well above sea level, so if you are travelling in, run by effort and expect paces a little slower than at home.
